A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking with full payment due 60 days prior to the trip start date. A full refund, less any credit card fees will be issued if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the trip start date. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the first day of the trip will result in the loss of the full trip fee. Registrations may be transferred to another person for the same trip. Norm Hann Expeditions reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient registrations or unsafe conditions. If Norm Hann Expeditions cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your payment to a future trip.

In addition to our training courses policy, any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are subject to a 100% charge. If for any reason there is a cancellation within the 24 hour time frame, even if the booking is made within this time frame, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.
