Where: We base our workout program out of the Squamish Paddling Club located at the Boathouse on Loggers Lane behind the park pavilion downtown. Loggers Lane parallels Cleveland Ave and is on the ocean side.

Price: $25 + $20 board rental if needed.

Get Ready for your Paddling Season with our 17 Week SUP Training Program
We are excited to introduce Stoke Workouts to our line up of Coastal Stoke SUP Squamish programs. The goal is to build paddling strength, good technique and conditioning for your season of standup paddleboarding. This program is led by Paddle Canada Instructor and fitness trainer Tina Currie. This is an opportunity for those who want to increase their fitness for a season of racing, ocean touring or for those who want to implement a new style of training into their sea to sky workout regime. Stoke Workouts begin in March with dryland training and will focus on strengthening the paddling muscles with mobility and stability exercises in order build core strength and keep you injury free. The program moves to on water work outs starting in April as part of our Workout Wednesday Routine.
All on water sup programs are designed by international athlete and endurance coach, Jen Segger. Jen has built a 17 week progressive sup program to get you ready for local races like Board the Fiord, Canadian Downwind Championships, Tour De Indian Arm and Round Bowen Challenge etc.
