Get Ready for your Paddling Season & Join us for Stoke Workouts
We are excited to introduce Stoke Workouts to our line up of Coastal Stoke SUP Squamish programs. The goal is to build paddling strength, good technique and conditioning for your season of standup paddleboarding. This program will be designed and led by Paddle Canada Instructor and fitness trainer Tina Currie. This is an opportunity for those who want to increase their fitness for a season of racing, ocean touring or for those who want to implement a new style of training into their sea to sky workout regime. Stoke Workouts begins in March with dryland training and will focus on strengthening the paddling muscles with mobility and stability exercises in order build core strength and keep you injury free. The program moves to on water work outs starting in April as part of our Workout Wednesday Routine. We are excited for this years paddling season and we are stoked to help you achieve any of your paddling goals!!
