GROUP BOOKING: The Coffee Run is a group only booking and a minimum of four people are required to book this tour.
DEPARTURE: All trips depart at 7:00AM from Nexxan Beach at Squamish’s Waterfront located at 37321 Galbraith Avenue; please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Tours are 3.5 hours in length, with approximately 2-2.5 hours of paddling, where we will end at the Chatterbox Cafe at the Brittania Mine Museum.
Note that start times are weather and wind dependant. Final decision for start time will be established the night before departure and communicated to you via your provided phone number or email address.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Change of clothes

- Warm Days: Swim/Board shorts & T-shirt
- Colder Days: Long tights under swim/board shorts & long-sleeve shirt, mid layer.
- Light Shell Jacket
- Sunglasses with attachments
- Waterproof camera/GoPro or cellphone with waterproof case
- Ocean Safety & Skills Introduction
- High quality standup paddleboard gear and safety equipment.
- Paddle Canada Certified Ocean Guide & Instructor.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are subject to a 100% charge. Norm Hann Expeditions (“NHE”) reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, sea state conditions, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control. If NHE needs to cancel your booking for any reason, they will refund your full deposit or, if you choose, move you to an alternative date convenient for you.
WAIVER POLICY: All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 19 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
Our stunning paddle from Squamish to Brittania Beach for Coffee.
Experience one of the best local tours in the Sea to Sky area. Our morning commute leaves from Nexxen Beach on the Squamish waterfront, and close to the 8700 year old village of Statmus, a Squamish First Nation village underneath the touring cliffs of the Chief. Our paddle takes you on a nine kilometre paddle south on the Howe Sound Fiord/Atlkitsem to Brittania Beach for our morning beverage at the new Chatterbox Cafe at the Mine Museum. This guided interpretive tour gives you the opportunity to experience a thriving marine ecosystem with stunning views and an opportunity to disconnect and reconnect on the Salish Sea.
